Mr. Benavides has been working for the Company since its foundation in 1993. He has worked in the development, construction and operation of two hydroelectric plants and one wind farm in Costa Rica. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs Co, USA.
