Process Analyst

Location: This position will be located in Andover, MA (USA) with frequent national travels to the EGP NA offices and locations, and international travel

Activities:

Main function is to analyze existing practices and to define and develop policies, procedures, and criteria for the optimization and standardization of all business processes or specific areas, spanning from  staff and line activities

  • Conduct detailed analysis (‘end to end’) of a business process, identifying process owners, systems in use, activities, interfaces, and key process indicators and measurements
  • Support the process assessment using quantitative analysis, and statistical measurements where needed   
  • Identify improvement solutions through process reengineering, standardization of practices, economies of scale and cost reductions, leveraging on multiple options
  • Perform technical and economical feasibility of the solutions proposed
  • Manage the design, development and implementation of the business operation system based on new process requirements and/or improvement of the existing ones
  • Collaborate with business functions to define and implement the new process/system/procedure
  • Develop internal organizational documents/optimization procedures (policies, procedures, operational instructions) to support process implementation  in collaboration with Human Resource Function of Enel Green Power North America, Inc. and assure  internal compliance within EGP
  •  Ensure the interface with all other Enel Green Power functions to share opportunities and define a common know-how of the new processes in the North America Area 
  • Monitor internal and external best-practices, and establish benchmarking of practices, systems in use,  quality and costs

Experiences:

2-years experience in fields that require technical and quantitative analysis (process analyst, financials, development, engineering, operations, etc.)

Education:  

University degree in Business/Economics, Engineering or other Quantitative discipline

Languages:

Excellent written and spoken English, other languages a plus
