The Fenner Wind Farm contains 20 wind power turbines, each rated at 1.5 MW capacity. Enel Green Power North America, Inc. developed the project in association with Atlantic Renewable Energy Corp. and negotiated the equipment supply and construction agreements. The project was developed through a grant from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
Fenner Wind Farm was constructed without a power purchase agreement in place. Today, ENA sells energy, capacity and 'green attributes' from the project into the regional energy marketplace.
