The Fenner Wind Farm consists of 20 wind turbines, each rated at 1.5 MW capacity. Enel Green Power North America (EGP-NA) developed the project in association with Atlantic Renewable Energy Corp. and negotiated the equipment supply and construction agreements. The project was developed through a grant from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
Fenner Wind Farm was constructed without a power purchase agreement in place. Today, EGP-NA sells energy, capacity, and 'green attributes' from the project into the regional energy marketplace.
