  • ENEL GREEN POWER: SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING APPROVES 2011 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

    Financial statements at December 31st, 2011 approved; a dividend of 0.0248 euro per share approved.

    Bylaws amendments approved in order to implement the new rules on the equal right of appointment in managing and supervisory boards of listed companies.

 
  • TWO NEW SOLAR PARKS FOR ENEL GREEN POWER IN ITALY

    Enel’s renewables division connects two photovoltaic plants to the grid in Sicily, Catania1 and Rosolini, with a total capacity of 12 MW.
    Together, the two fully operational plants will produce around 19 million kilowatt-hours.

 
 
  • ENEL GREEN POWER AND SHARP INCREASE SOLAR CAPACITY IN ITALY

    The entry into service of five new plants at the end of March 2012 adds more than 14 MW to the photovoltaic capacity installed in Italy by ESSE – the equal share joint venture between the Italian company, a world leader in renewables, and its Japanese partner – bringing total installed capacity to around 20 MW;
    The five new plants use multi-junction thin-film panels manufactured at the Catania factory of 3Sun – the joint venture between Enel Green Power, Sharp and STMicrolectronics – which started commercial operations in December 2011.
