For the storage of regulated information made available to the public, Enel Green Power S.p.A. has adhered, as from July 1st, 2015 to the authorizedmechanism for the storage of regulated information denominated “NIS-Storage”, available at the address www.emarketstorage.com, managed by the above mentioned BIt Market Services S.p.A. and authorized by CONSOB with resolution No. 19067 of November 19th, 2014.
 
From May 19th 2014 to June 30th 2015 Enel Green Power S.p.A. used the authorized mechanism for the storage of regulated informationdenominated “1Info”, available at the address www.1info.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered office in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolution No. 18852 of April 9th, 2014.

  • ENEL STARTS CONSTRUCTION IN THE UNITED STATES OF ITS LARGEST WIND FARM

    With a total installed capacity of 400 MW, Cimarron Bend will be Enel’s largest wind farm worldwide
    Enel will invest approximately 610 million US dollars in the construction of the new facility
    The power and the renewable energy credits from Cimarron Bend will be sold under power purchase agreements to Google and to the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU)

 
 
  • ENEL STARTS CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SOLAR PARK IN BRAZIL

    Enel will be investing approximately 175 million US dollars in the construction of Lapa, which is composed of two solar facilities: Bom Jesus da Lapa and Lapa
    Once completed, the solar park will have an installed capacity of 158 MW and will be able to generate close to 340 GWh per year

    Enel Green Power has been awarded in Mexico the right to sign contracts for 15-year energy supply and 20-year clean certificate supply with three PV solar projects that have a total installed capacity of nearly 1 GW, more than any other participant
    Enel Green Power will be investing approximately 1 billion US dollars in the construction of the plants
    With this success, Enel Green Power strengthens its position as the largest renewable energy operator in Mexico in terms of installed capacity and project portfolio

 
  • ENEL GREEN POWER INAUGURATES TRIPLE RENEWABLE HYBRID PLANT IN THE US

    Award-winning Stillwater facility is the first plant in the world to combine the continuous generating capacity of medium enthalpy, binary cycle geothermal power with solar photovoltaic and solar thermal
    Research findings between March and December 2015 confirm that the integration of a 2 MW solar thermal facility with a 33.1 MW geothermal plant increased overall output at Stillwater by 3.6% on production from geothermal only
    This is the first time empirical data from a commercial hybrid plant validates a theoretical hybrid model
    Stillwater paves the way for the deployment of hybrid solutions at other sites around the world

 
  • DEED OF DEMERGER EXECUTED FOR THE INTEGRATION OF ENEL GREEN POWER INTO ENEL

    Enel Green Power shares will be traded on the Italian market until the end of the trading day of March 31st, 2016 and on the Spanish markets until the end of the trading day of March 30th,2016
    April 1st, 2016 will be the first trading day on the Italian market of the newly issued Enel shares. On the same date the settlement of the Enel Green Power shares for which the right of withdrawal or the right of sale were exercised is expected to occur

    Group net income: 166 million euros (359 million euros in 2014, -53.8%);
    Net financial debt: 6,879 million euros (6,038 million euros as of December 31st, 2014, +13.9%)
    Additional capacity installed during the year: 1.5 GW (*) (1.0 GW in 2014, +50.0%)
    Net installed capacity: 10.5 GW (9.6 GW in 2014, +9.4%)
