ENEL GREEN POWER: THE PROSPECTUSES SUMMARIZING THE MAIN DATA OF THE LAST FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, April 12, 2012 – Enel Green Power S.p.A. informs that the prospectuses summarizing the main data of the last financial statements of the controlled companies provided for under Article 2429, paragraph 4, of the Italian Civil Code and the prospectus summarizing the main data of the last financial statements of the affiliated companies provided for under Article 2429, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code are available to the public at the Company’s registered office, pursuant to article 77, paragraph 2-bis, of the Regulation on Issuers adopted by CONSOB with Resolution n. 11971 of May 14, 1999.
