00:00:00.520 --> 00:00:05.320 position:25% size:50%
Extraordinary cyclists

2
00:00:08.880 --> 00:00:10.560 position:25% size:50%
where bicycles gave us the freedom

3
00:00:10.560 --> 00:00:12.360 position:25% size:50%
to move around, to go to the woods,

4
00:00:12.360 --> 00:00:14.360 position:25% size:50%
along the river and to other towns.

5
00:00:14.600 --> 00:00:17.000 position:25% size:50%
Then, over the years, I tried other sports

6
00:00:17.000 --> 00:00:18.840 position:25% size:50%
and stopped cycling for a while. Twenty or so years ago,

7
00:00:18.840 --> 00:00:23.360 position:25% size:50%
I started again and it gave me immense pleasure.

8
00:00:25.560 --> 00:00:30.760 position:25% size:50%
Cycling requires training, but even
on a predefined and well-known route,

9
00:00:30.760 --> 00:00:32.840 position:25% size:50%
the conditions around you can change:

10
00:00:32.840 --> 00:00:36.000 position:25% size:50%
the weather, the pace of your
companions, your own level of fitness,

11
00:00:36.000 --> 00:00:40.320 position:25% size:50%
so it certainly requires flexibility.

12
00:00:42.000 --> 00:00:46.080 position:25% size:50%
The effort of pedaling, and the
concentration on the effort required,

13
00:00:46.080 --> 00:00:50.520 position:25% size:50%
also enables you to focus on
real problems, even complex ones.

14
00:00:50.520 --> 00:00:53.720 position:25% size:50%
It has certainly given me ideas

15
00:00:53.720 --> 00:00:55.440 position:25% size:50%
for resolving work-related problems.

16
00:00:57.160 --> 00:00:58.920 position:25% size:50%
Cycling is a sustainable sport

17
00:00:58.920 --> 00:01:02.760 position:25% size:50%
and hydroelectric power is a sustainable energy.

18
00:01:03.120 --> 00:01:06.320 position:25% size:50%
Hydroelectric is embedded in the local environment.

19
00:01:06.320 --> 00:01:08.840 position:25% size:50%
I like to say that hydroelectric is the local environment.

20
00:01:08.840 --> 00:01:11.280 position:25% size:50%
Cycling allows you to enjoy the local environment,

21
00:01:11.280 --> 00:01:13.400 position:25% size:50%
to discover villages and landscapes.
