Born in Rome in 1955, nuclear engineer. He has worked abroad in General Electric, ABB and ALSTOM. He lived abroad for many years, in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bulgaria and Switzerland. In Enel he was Head of the Business Power Area within the Generation and Energy Management Division, and later Managing Director of the Market Division
