Clark Bixler
Clark Bixler is currently responsible for the development of wind, solar, and battery storage in Oklahoma & Texas. He manages a team performing key development tasks including land acquisition, contract negotiation, title curative, permitting, environmental surveying, design and engineering, and community outreach programs. Clark has led and managed numerous wind and solar projects that total over 3,000 MW.
Clark grew up and currently resides in a small town in northwest Oklahoma where he is actively involved with his family as the 4th generation on their cattle and farming operation. Clark obtained a B.S. in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University. He enjoys St. Louis Cardinals baseball, Oklahoma State University athletics, quail hunting, working with cattle, and traveling with his wife, Bethany.
