Born in Fiorenzuola D’Arda (province of Piacenza) in 1976, she holds a degree in Construction Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD.
She began her professional career in 2001 at McKinsey&Company as a consultant in strategic planning, organisation and operations for major international banks and multinational companies.
She joined Enel S.p.A. in 2005 at the CEO Office; in 2007 she became in charge of launching Enel University and the Knowledge Management, then in 2009 she became Head of the Best Practice Sharing project, within the Performance Improvement Programme of Enel e Endesa; in 2011 she also took charge of Recruiting within Holding.
In 2012 she was appointed Head of Planning, Organisation and Human Resources Development and HR manager of the central technical functions of Enel Sole within the Infrastructures and Networks Division, and in 2014 she became Head of Health and Safety of the Enel Group.
In October 2014 Roberta was appointed Head of Personnel and Organisation at Enel Green Power S.p.A.
