Valentino Rossi graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Pisa and Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (Italy) and completed an MBA Programme at INSEAD.
He started his career at Procter&Gamble, later joined McKinsey&Company as consultant and then moved to Tetrapak.
He joined Enel in 2007 as Corporate Strategy Manager and led several strategic projects aimed at restructuring ENEL's asset portfolio, including the acquisition of Endesa in 2007. He served as Project Leader of Enel Green Power’s spin-off in 2008 and then as Head of Planning, Control and M&A of EGP. He was Chief Financial Officer at 3Sun and then Head of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisition in Enel, where he was responsible of all Strategy and M&A initiatives at global level.
He enjoys many sports and loves photography, adventure travels and voluntary work.
