Enel Green Power leverages new offtake strategy, the largest of its type. EGP will sell a 295 MW portion under a PRS to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Inc.'s Alternative Risk Transfer unit (Allianz), and Nephila Climate. The PRS is a financial derivative agreement which hedges shape risk in addition to risk associated to price and volume.

On behalf of the High Lonesome wind project as well as the nearby Roadrunner solar project, Enel Green Power has provided support in McCamey, Texas, for the McCamey Wellness Center and a forthcoming downtown farmers market.

Work Progress Status
Construction of the High Lonesome wind farm took place throughout 2019 and is mostly complete, as the project began operations in December. The construction process followed Enel Green Power’s Sustainable Construction Site model, a collection of best practices aimed at minimizing the impact of plant construction on the environment, waste, water and people.
