The statutory audit is entrusted, by law, to an auditing company, appointed by the Board on proposal of the Board of Auditors. On a reasoned proposal of the Board, the ordinary general meeting of 27 April 2011 awarded for the years 2011 to 2019, the task for the statutory audit of the financial statements of Enel Green Power S.p.A. and consolidated financial statements of Enel Green Power Group at Ernst & Young S.p.A. (Now Ernst & Young S.p.A.)
Downstream of the delisting of the Company occurred during the course of 2016, the shareholders' meeting of July 4, 2016, on proposal of the Board, has altered the terms of the statutory audit conferred on Ernst & Young S.p.A. (Now Ernst & Young S.p.A.) in relation to the 2016/2019 exercises under only Article. 14 of Legislative Decree. 27/01/2010 n. 39 and not even art. 16 of the same decree, being less coming the qualification of the Company as "public interest entity".
