ENEL GREEN POWER: CANDIDACY FOR THE INTEGRATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, April 20, 2011 – Enel Green Power S.p.A. hereby informs that the shareholder Fondazione Enpam filed a candidacy in view of the integration of the board of directors put on the agenda of the Shareholders’ Meeting in ordinary session convened on April 27, 2011, on first call, and, if necessary, on April 28, 2011, on second call.
Specifically, the Fondazione Enpam filed the following candidacy:
* Giovanni Pietro Malagnino
The candidate stated to hold the requisites of reputation as established by the legislation, and independence as established by the legislation and the Code of Corporate Governance of the listed companies promoted by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
The above mentioned candidacy and the relevant accompanying documentation are available to the public as of today at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website (www.enelgreenpower.com, Section About us/Governance/ Shareholders’ Meetings2011/Integration of the Board of Directors) and on Borsa Italiana’s website (www.borsaitaliana.it).
