The organizational and management model pursuant to d. lgs. 231/2001

In line with its declared commitments and undertaken with the Code of Ethics towards its stakeholders, the company since its establishment in 2008 has adopted the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, n. 231, which introduced a system of administrative - but in fact criminal - liability for companies for certain types of crimes.

The Organization and Management Model, originally adopted by resolution of the Enel Green Power S.p.A. Board of Directors On 1 December 2008, has been updated over time and integrated in relation to successive legislative interventions over the years, they have expanded the category of crimes assumption of administrative liability pursuant to Decree 231/01.

The Model adopted by the Company is consistent in content with the provisions of the guidelines on the subject established by industry associations, with the best American examples and is another step towards strictness, transparency and sense of responsibility in internal relations and the outside world, while offering shareholders the best guarantees of efficient and correct management.

The Model Enel Green Power consists of a "General Part" and individual "Special Parts" prepared for the various types of crimes and offenses to be prevented.

Any violation or suspected violation of the Model 231/01 and / or any other pertinent information concerning the implementation of the model can be  reported to the Supervisory Board of Enel Green Power S.p.A.
