A world record 2016: Enel Green Power closes out the year with 2,018 MW of built capacity

That’s almost double the results from 2015, when Enel Green Power just barely exceeded the threshold of 1,000 MW. During the year, EGP completed important plants such as the Apiacás Hydroelectric Park (102 MW) in Brazil, the Finis Terrae photovoltaic plant (160 MW) in Chile, and the wind farms of Palo Alto (129 MW) and Vientos del Altiplano (100 MW) in Mexico and the Nojoli wind farm (88MW) in South Africa.
