Lentils, saffron and energy: agrivoltaics in Colfiorito

In Colfiorito, Umbria, we’ve started a new agrivoltaic project that combines lentil and saffron crops with photovoltaic panels, resulting in renewable energy, agricultural products, and an important benefit for the local area and for the planet: saving water.
