Impact on the local communities

These projects are being developed in line with our "Sustainable Construction Site" model. This includes the installation of photovoltaic solar panels to cover part of the energy required by construction, and water-saving measures, with the installation of tanks and rain collection systems, electric vehicle charging stations and efficient lighting. Once the work is completed, all this equipment will be donated to the municipalities for public use.

Furthermore, to maximize the socio-economic impact of our projects on the community, we are prioritizing incorporating local labor, as well as local catering services and lodging. Along these same lines, training courses on the installation of photovoltaic panels and the operation and maintenance of solar plants will be organized for a total of 80 individuals, in order to train and promote specialized local labor.
