Our subsidiary, which has been present in Greece since 2008, completed the sale of a 50% stake in its Greek renewable company to Macquarie Asset Management in December 2023. We will, however, continue to contribute to the sustainable development and prosperity of the areas of Greece where we operate, applying the Creating Shared Value (CSV) model, finding new business opportunities, solving social issues and being competitive while creating long-term sustainable value.
