Celia Hallan oversees all aspects of wind, solar, and battery storage development, including land acquisition, project design, environmental studies, permitting, and community development, up to construction. She currently manages all of Enel Green Power’s renewables development in the American Southwest.
Celia holds an M.A. in Geography from University College Dublin and a B.A. in International Relations from Michigan State University, specializing in natural resource management. Prior to joining Enel Green Power, Celia worked in renewable energy development throughout the Western United States and with various environmental and conservation-based nonprofits. She has studied the broad economic and environmental benefits that renewable energy brings to local communities, and is excited to see those benefits become reality through Enel’s projects.
