Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer has the task of keeping the main company members up-to-date with respect to the activities carried out for Enel Green Power in the field of renewable energy.

The Chief Executive Officer is empowered, like the President, to legally represent the Company and to sign acts on its behalf, and has been assigned, according to a Board resolution adopted on May 23rd, 2014, all managing powers regarding the Company, with the exception of those otherwise attributed by the law or the Company's Bylaws or reserved to the Board of Directors under the aforesaid resolution. He provides the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors with constant and sufficient information concerning the activities carried out in the performance of his duties.

Antonio Cammisecra- Chief executive officer

Born in Naples (Italy) in 1970, Antonio Cammisecra graduated cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Naples “Federico II" in 1996.

In 2004 he obtained  Executive MBA from Bocconi University.

He joined the International Department of Enel Group in 2003. He then spent 4 years as Business Development Manager in Latin America, working in  several countries of Central America (Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama) and South America (Brazil, Chile).

In 2009 he was appointed Head of Business Development Italy for Enel Green Power, later in 2012 Head of Operations and Maintenance Italy Hydro, Wind & Solar.

In 2013, he became Head of Global Business Development, leading a team of more than 200 people, working in over 20 countries across 5 continents.

In May 2017 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Enel Green Power.
