Flavio Cozzolino is Head of the Brazilian division of Enel Green Power and Thermal Generation, the Enel business line dedicated to energy generation from conventional and renewable sources.
Since July 2025, he has managed a diversified portfolio that includes hydroelectric, wind, and photovoltaic plants, with a total installed capacity of 6,600 MW.
His career at Enel began in 2006 and has always focused on electricity generation. Until 2015, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Italy in the areas of management control and Operations & Maintenance.
Since 2016, he has taken on a series of international assignments: first in Colombia, then in global Hydro and Industrial Control, and then in Chile, as Head of O&M for the solar fleet.
Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in all major generation technologies, holding both line and staff positions, contributing significantly to the creation of value for Enel in Italy and abroad.
Flavio was born in Rome. He graduated in Electrical Engineering at La Sapienza University in Rome and took part in the Leadership for Energy program at SDA Bocconi and IESE Business School.
He loves playing sports and reading good books.
