Green recovery

On January 14 2020 the European Commission presented the investment plan for the European Green Deal, a series of measures developed to help the EU Member States achieve net zero polluting emissions by 2050. A few weeks after the presentation, the Covid-19 health emergency struck Europe and the world, and this was to have major consequences on an economic level. Nevertheless, the European Union, under the banner of the Green Recovery, has reiterated the need to continue on this course.
