About the project

Brush Country Solar + Storage Project

Brush Country is a 95 MW solar project that will provide sustainable, affordable energy and make a positive economic impact to Gonzales County, Texas.

There are a few key ways the Brush Country Solar + Storage Project will generate benefits for Gonzales County:

  • The Brush Country Project is estimated to provide approximately $20 million in property tax revenue that can be used to fund schools and infrastructure, directly benefiting the community
  • The project will create local jobs during and after construction through facility maintenance
  • The project will generate zero polluting emissions, protect local habitats and promote clean air and water
  • Solar is considered low-impact land use and will not harm surrounding farmland

Our team collaborates with local community members and officials on every project to help generate value for everyone involved. Your input is valued and encouraged. Please don’t hesitate to contact Development Manager Celeste Doll with any questions about the project.
