Enrique De Las Morenas Moneo is Head of Competitive Intelligence, Market Studies and Strategic Analysis for Enel Green Power and Thermal GenerationEnel’s business line for energy generation from conventional and renewable sources.

Enrique joined Endesa in 2003, starting his adventure in Strategic Direction. From 2007 to 2010, he worked at Endesa Brazil as Director of Strategic Development and Planning, as a member of the Executive Committee. From 2010 to 2014, he was also Country Manager for Enel Green Power Brazil-Uruguay and then Head of Renewable Energies Iberia until 2018, when he became Head of People and Organization for Enel Green Power. Since October 2019 he holds the current role.

Enrique De Las Morenas’ career before joining Endesa included roles in financial and economic positions. From the outset of his career, he was in contact with the banking and investment world and, from 1995 to 1999, he was an Associate Director in the Finance area of the large Swiss investment bank, UBS Warburg. In 2000, he joined Goldman Sachs International as a Summer Associate in Credit Risk Management & Advisory. Finally, from 2001 to 2003, Enrique worked as an Investment Analyst for the large American bank Lazard.
